🌟 Mini Holiday – Disney Cruise & New Zealand 🛳️✨

Just a note—this was a privately funded trip, not part of my NDIS plan.

 

Over the school holidays I had an incredible trip on a Disney Cruise to New Zealand, and it was nothing short of amazing! A huge shoutout to Care Aust Group for organising everything so smoothly—it was much easier than booking through a 'regular' travel agent as they are so knowledgeable about inclusive and accessible holidays!

 

🎁 The Ultimate Surprise

Mum and Dad kept the whole thing a secret until we arrived, and when I saw the massive ship, I couldn’t believe it! Definitely the best kind of surprise.

 

🎬 Non-Stop Disney Magic

Everywhere you turned, there was something Disney-themed—characters like Spiderman and princesses just casually walking around! Plus, there were free Disney movies in the rooms and a cinema always playing the latest releases like Inside Out 2 and Moana 2.

 

🍦 Food & Unlimited Ice Cream?!

The food was next level—so much variety, and the best part? Ice cream 24/7! Let’s just say I definitely made the most of that.

 

🌊 A Bit of a Rough Start

At the beginning, the ship was cruising really fast to get out of rough seas, which made me and Dad a little seasick. Luckily, it didn’t last long, but even simple things like taking a shower felt like an adventure with the big waves!

 

Overall, it was such a fun and unforgettable experience! Would definitely do it again (maybe with less seasickness next time 😂).
