Marli and Moe are lead by General Manager Jemma, who herself, through her own daughter Marli, has navigated the NDIS system since its introduction.

Rachel has over six years' experience in the health and disability sectors. She has worked in various community-based roles from a women's refuge to the mental health field before becoming a Support Coordinator.

She has experience with all age groups and in diverse environments including, aged care, hospitals, group homes, paediatric clinics and community health. She enjoys using her experience in those diverse roles to assist people with complex needs.

Rachel strongly believes in a person-centred approach and has a passion for helping to find the best supports for her clients and their families.

Rachel is focused on empowering clients to achieve their NDIS goals and likes to use her sense of humour when assisting with the challenges of navigating the NDIS processes to help her clients feel more comfortable with the difficulties they may face.

Prior to joining Marli and Moe Leanne worked as a Remedial Massage Therapist, working along side clients with disabilities, Leanne has a passion for helping clients gain a better quality of life. Leanne understands the impact of stress on a family unit and acknowledges that every family member can respond differently to a stressful life events.

Leanne has a big heart, filled with compassion and understanding, and will always endeavour to provide the best quality of service to her clients as a Support Coordinator.

Shania is a compassionate and understanding person who endeavours to make a difference in people's lives and bring joy and positivity to her clients.

Prior to Shania working with Marli and Moe, Shania worked at a school alongside students from diverse backgrounds assisting student with agricultural activities.

Shania understands the impact and stress on a family with a loved one receiving a diagnosis through personal experience and acknowledges the hardship of finding appropriate support.

Shania aims to assist and support clients to get the support and help that they need to achieve their goals.

Brittany has over tens years’ experience working directly with children, young people and their families within the child and family community sector space. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Social Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Family Therapy. Brittany’s core experience and passion has been to help families navigate through an array of challenges that can impact family functioning, including trauma, attachment and bonding, substance misuse, mental health, disability, child development, and social isolation.

Brittany understands the impact of stress on a family unit and acknowledges that every family member can respond differently to a stressful life event. Brittany believes every individual and their family has the right to access appropriate service intervention to help them to be the best versions of themselves. Brittany prides herself on taking a person-centered approach and loves listening to the life stories of the people she supports. Brittany strives to create a solid engagement with her clients to achieve the best outcomes in a safe, fun, and collaborative way.

Chloe is a vibrant young woman who comes from a strong background of customer service and injury management, over the last 2 years Chloe has been working with workers to ensure they are compensated for their injuries and supported in their rehabilitation journey. Chloe is passionate about ensuring people with disabilities have access to all of the support they may need.

Chloe comes from large family of 6 children. Chloe has 2 brothers who have recently received diagnosis' of ASD, behaviour and learning difficulties, and ASD and ADHD. Through the experience of her brothers , Chloe has a greater understanding of challenges children and teenagers as well as their families face in receiving a diagnosis and further more early and appropriate support.

Chloe is an Animal lover since childhood particularly with rescues; she enjoys socialising with her family and friends whilst experiencing new things such as most recently skydiving. With her bubbly and kind nature, she is always making new friends and networking with people.

Chloe is a dedicated professional with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds and age groups. With a firm belief that age is just a number, Chloe has demonstrated her adaptability in various roles throughout her career.

Her work experience began as a swim instructor, where she taught individuals of all ages and abilities, from infants to adults. Alongside this, Chloe extended her support to high school students during school camps, building resilience in young minds.

Followed by working in aged care, Chloe embarked on a fulfilling path of supporting elderly individuals facing physical and mental health challenges. She approached her role with empathy and compassion, assisting them in completing daily tasks and providing companionship. Additionally, Chloe has supported people during their end-of-life care to be supported in a way which maintained their dignity and respected their palliative care wishes.


During Chloe’s spare time, Chloe finds true joy in spending quality time with her family and beloved kelpies, Albie and Jax. Her commitment to both her career and personal life reflects her values of compassion and dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Prior to joining Marli and Moe Eleanor worked as a Medical Receptionist/Manager working alongside clients with disabilities to help navigate through finding the right services and helping with understanding the NDIS.

Eleanor has a deep knowledge of disabilities and this can change what people's day-today life can look like. Eleanor is an out of the box thinker and enjoys listening to participants and families to help them find the supports they may need. Eleanor is passionate, understanding and kind. Eleanor’s goal is to deliver the best quality of service to her clients as a Support Coordinator.

She is deeply passionate about improving their quality of life and providing comprehensive support aiming to make an all-round positive impact. Amy is committed to delivering the highest level of service as a Support Coordinator, ensuring the well-being her clients.

In her personal time Amy enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with her family.

Annika Ford

Annika has nearly five years of dedicated experience in the disability sector, initially as a Disability Support Worker in regional group homes, and later as a Sport and Recreation Coordinator in Southwest Sydney. Her background in Early Childhood Education and Care, coupled with five years working as a medical receptionist alongside healthcare professionals, has given her a profound understanding of disabilities and healthcare.

Driven by a passion for supporting individuals with mental health and complex needs, Annika pursued specialised education, earning a Certificate in Understanding Traumatic Brain Injuries from the University of Tasmania. Additionally, she received training in Diabetes Management, Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy Management, and Regulated Restrictive Practices for Children and Young People.

Her expertise within the disability sector spans various conditions, including ADHD, ASD, intellectual disabilities, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injuries, schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorder, dementia, and more

Now, Annika focuses on empowering individuals and promoting inclusivity within the disability community. She is committed to advocating for accessibility and equality, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Outside of work, Annika has a rich personal life. She’s an avid reader with a personal library spanning over 400 books, (and counting). Annika is an enthusiastic baker, often trying new recipes to give to her friends and fiancé. Annika also enjoys crafting and dedicates her free time to knitting trauma teddies for the Red Cross Australia to comfort children who have suffered traumatic situations.

It gives me joy to know that I can make a positive difference in someone else’s life.  I am compassionate and  love to learn new things so together we can make a big impact. Prior to working with Marli and Moe I have worked within the disability industry supporting the needs of participants. I have lived experience with the NDIS supporting my son to reach his full potential.

In my spare time I enjoy  sewing, reading or spending the day at the park, pool or beach with my family. Fun Facts I can sign the alphabet (Auslan).

Jasmine is a bright and friendly person who strives to ensure her clients feel well supported and cared about. Jasmine will always endeavour to find the positives in any negative situation. 

Jasmine is entering the disability workforce with a wealth of passion for supporting vulnerable people within our community. Jasmine has a Bachelor of Criminal Justice and experience in the social work industry from her previous role as a Child Protection Caseworker, which will benefit her in her new role as a Support Coordinator. 

In her spare time, Jasmine likes to spend time outdoors with her puppies, and socialise with her friends and family.

After 7 years working in education, Kayla Decided it was time for a change and that she felt she could share her passion and advocate for more people.

Kayla Is a compassionate person who endeavours to make a difference in people’s Live’s and with valuable experience working in the education support units this allows Kayla to look outside the box and has always gone above and beyond for her client she loves to empower and supporting clients to reach their goals.

 

Outside of supporting others Kayla spends her time with her 2 daughters and loves quality family and friends time. Kayla likes to go on random weekends away just to reset and explore new locations with her children.
